Rev. Dr. Samuel A. Blow


Rev. Dr. Samuel A. Blow is a native Baltimorean and the Senior Pastor of the New Zion Hill Baptist Church in Baltimore City, Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Master of Divinity degree, and Doctor of Divinity degree in theology.

Dr. Blow prefers to be acknowledged as a child of God. His favorite Bible verse is Proverb 3:5-6. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path."

Dr. Blow is past Vice President of the Pastors' Conference of Baltimore & Vicinity, a former Executive Director of the Convention, and is currently serving as the State Convention Treasurer.

Dr. Blow prays that his light can so shine that men can see in him his good works and glorify the Father who is in heaven. Dr. Blow is married to his lovely wife, Shelley. He is the father of two children and three grandchildren and enjoys spending time with his family.

Rev. Domanic A. Smith

Executive Secretary

Rev. Domanic A. Smith serves as the organizing pastor of The Ezekiel Church & Ministries in Baltimore City, Maryland and as the Executive Secretary of the State Convention. Rev. Smith began serving in the State Convention at an early age. He is currently employed by the LifeBridge Health System in Baltimore as the Pastoral Outreach Coordinator, leading all LifeBridge faith community relations.

​Rev. Smith is the founding Director of Pastoral Care for the Maryland Baptist Aged Home, the oldest African-American, owned and operated nursing home in Maryland. Rev. Smith is also a founding member now serving as Secretary, for the Maryland Baptist Aged Home Development Corporation. He serves as the first Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Kings Landing Women's Service Club.

Rev. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a Master of Divinity degee. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Rev. Smith is a hands-on father to his son, Dillon-Seth Anthony Smith.
